This is cool but dont think they are the same person
I think that Leonardo was very pleased with his work on Mona Lisa. He kept the painting with him all his life. When doing the drawing of himself (and possibly other faces) he used the Mona Lisa as a kind of blueprint.

Im not blaming The app but the pics themselves dont fit with each other. I could put my pic in there and i bet i will fit because i have all of the basic qualities as the mona lisa (such as eyes, mouth and things like that) but good app tho
